Daly receives deferred agreement

Suspended Bobcat placekicker Luke Daly reached an agreement with the Billings prosecutors on Dec. 23 following a July 30, 2016 arrest for partner or family member assault. The agreement requires that Daly, a junior, complete a 40-hour anger management class in order to avoid prosecution. If he does not complete the course or has another incident, the prosecution could again seek charges. Daly is alleged to have assaulted his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his child following an early morning dispute this summer. MSU has made no comment regarding Daly or his suspension.
