HungerU, an interactive mobile exhibit, will be on the MSU campus from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, Sept. 11-12. HungerU works with students to inform them of global hunger issues, the important role modern agriculture plays and to discuss possible solutions.The tour visits a variety of campuses across the U.S. and encourages students to become leaders and take action.
HungerU is a project of the Farm Journal Foundation’s Farmers Feeding the World effort.
The 2014 HungerU tour began at the University of Utah and will visit an additional 13 states over the next three months. The exhibit has visited 51 universities in the US thus far. For more information visit HungerU.com or use the hashtag #HungerCantWait to contribute to the discussion.
